Staff Management is looking for motivated, detail-oriented employees like you to start with us for our full-time Forklift positions. Starting wages for our Forklift positions are $17/hr plus $0.50/hr extra with good attendance, and tenure raises!

Duties:
Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include:
Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.
Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
Correctly interpret operational method sheet.
Perform quality inspections.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.
Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.
We provide bonuses in the first 6 months as follows: $400 retention bonus after 30 days and a $500 tenure bonus after 6 months.

Position Requirements:
Must have Forklift experience.
Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs from floor to shoulder height occasionally.
Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.
Manual dexterity and grip strength.
Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.
Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
