Staff Management | SMX Recruiter, Bilingual in Topeka, Kansas
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements, and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan, that you’ll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $44,000 - $47,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Essential Job Functions
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sites
Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent
Manages tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent
Support full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing
Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
Develop efficient recruiting process that meets client’s need
Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
Influence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term success
Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
Support end to end recruiting operations
Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
Participate in job fairs and community events
Experience
1+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting process
Bachelors’ Degree is preferred
Strong understanding of recruiting practices
Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communications skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
