Staff Management | SMX at Link Belt is actively seeking attentive and hardworking maintenance technicians to join our team as full-time General Maintenance Associates. New Associates will be eligible for a $150 Sign-On Bonus! In this role, you will perform general plant maintenance tasks and contribute to a modern and high-tech work environment. Duties:
Work independently or as part of a team
Perform general plant maintenance duties
Operate a sit-down forklift (prior experience required)
Utilize general hand tools (experience preferred)
Adhere to safety protocols and when required wear appropriate personal protective equipment including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses
Strong attention to detail

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
