Come work on the #1 Retread tires made in America with Staff Management! Staff Management | SMX has an immediate opening for a Buffer Operator in Asheboro! We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high tech machines to buff tire treads.
Shift: 12 hour shift 7am - 7pm

Duties:
As a Buffer Operator associate, you will feed tire treads into the buffer to buff the backside of the tire tread. This can be a physically demanding job due to handling the treads through out the shift. With all of our employees burning rubber to get the best quality, it can get pretty hot, so be prepared! We do require you to lift on a continual basis, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch, so we push the importance of stretching during shifts.

Position Requirements:
We need employees who are able to work a 12 hour shift including some weekends. No experience needed, we'll give you all the training you need to succeed! If you like to burn rubber, come join our team today!
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
